Flexible Cystoscope
Flexible cystoscopy is a procedure to view the inside of urethra and bladder in detail.
Most of the time used to find causes of bleeding or blockage, or any abnormalities of the bladder and its lining. The local anaesthetic gel will be used during the procedure, generally not causing pain during the procedure.
If any abnormal tissue appears during the cystoscopy, the cystoscope can also be used to remove a small sample.
